Third year $22 hour If you’re willing to learn with in couple years you could make $25.00 hour all depends on your Work ethic what you become capable of! Our goal is to make you into a Concrete specialist $35 hour Most importantly If you’re late more then 3 times a month automatic fire Calling in twice a month automatic fire without a good reason Not getting along with others automatic fire Caught on a phone more then 5 times a month automatic fire rules apply to everyone.
