Experienced Home Improvement laborer wanted for private real estate group. We own 20 + properties within Newark and Union City. We gut and renovate properties once they are vacated and we maintain the buildings common area, interior and exterior. The applicant will be required to perform these duties with skill, manage a job site with a helpers we will assign to you. Applicant must be skilled in the following - Framing - Electric & Plumbing - Knowledge of heating and cooling equipment - Sheetrock, Tape and Paint - bilingual in Spanish and English preferred - Valid Drivers license required
