Glamour Pet Salon in Jersey City is hiring a Bather/Grooming assistant. Glamour Pet Salon is the premier Grooming Salon in this region. The hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday; full time. (closed on Sunday & Monday) You should have some understanding of dogs and preferably have worked with dogs. Things to consider that are needed for the position: As a bather, you will be on your feet most of the day bathing, drying, and brushing poochies. Lifting heavy poochies Know about or willing to learn animal behavior Most Important: You absolutely LOVE dogs! And you understand that bathing a dog can be terrifying for them and you feel their pain and fear and respond with love! Previous experience is nice but we will train the right person.
