Small snow removal needed asap!

Looking for someone to bring some salt and shovel and shovel a little snow in front of my apartment building which is located within the building with Wheeling Hospital Urgent Care on Market Street. Make a pathway of about 15 feet to my vehicle. The leasing manager says the property management company isn't responsible to do it and the city is nowhere to be found. Will pay $25 by Venmo or Zelle, or $20 cash. It won't take more than 20 minutes or so. First one who can come asap gets the gig. Calls and texts welcome. Thank you and God bless!
