This is an outdoor venue! 60 minute all levels yoga session at 6:30 followed by breathwork and 60 minute conscious/ ecstatic dance at 7:30. You can come for just yoga $10 or just the dance $10 or stay for both for only $20! 6:30 - 7:30 Yoga - don't forget your mat! 7:30 - 9:00 Breathwork/Dance - bring reusable bottle for filtered water refills Please note this is an outdoor venue so please dress appropriately for the weather! Onesies and blankets/pillows are encouraged! We will begin with a 60 minute all level yoga session to get the body and muscles warmed up. We will find peace and stillness within the practice and focus on letting go of anything that is weighing us down and holding us back from being the beautiful and amazing humans that we are! After yoga there will be a short intermission. We will move into conscious dance starting with a short breathwork to get the mind and body ready to move!! What is conscious dance? This is a safe space to move and dance without talking, drinking, or the standard nightclub vibe. Everything has energy, plants, animals, people, and even our thoughts. Moving our bodies helps to release stagnant and pent up energy. Some people do this by running, yoga, swimming etc. If you love music and dancing this is an amazing and fun way to burn calories and feel alive. Our modern society has made many of us feel self conscious about dancing. That there is only one way to dance that is correct and someone must move in a specific way to be doing it correctly. But the truth is that since the beginning of time, humans have danced and moved their bodies to release stress, anxiety and to honor and celebrate life. What to expect: The musical journey will consist of the best in down tempo, house, trance, tribal beats, and more. No choreography to memorize, no stress! So come get out or your head and into your body! **There may at times be flashing lights and loud music. **Transformational Breathwork is a very physical act therefore is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or significant recent physical injuries or surgery. **It is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications personal or family history of aneurysms. **Pregnant women are advised against practicing Transformational Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. **Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.
