We have two houses that need to have the roofs replaced. I have spoken to Sunniland to get a quote for the shingles for one house that has a measured area of 25 X 43 feet. The other house is somewhat larger having a one car garage. I am looking for a roofer to replace the roofs and we can either find someone to provide the license to get the permit, if necessary as we do need to have permits for these jobs. One is in Orange County and the other is in Kissimmee. I have provided the photos of the house in Kissimmee. Once we come to an agreement we can begin moving ahead on these projects. Both homes need to have the roofs replaced immediately once we have the permits in hand.
Payment can be made once the job is completed with Zelle, check or cash. We prefer to order the materials separately and pay you for the labor costs.
