Position Responsibilities: Unlock vehicles following the proper procedure Perform tire changes & jump starts Deliver gas to customers upon request Make key copies for customers upon request Respond to service requests in 60 minutes or less and document activity in the Pop-A-Lock software on the company phone Follow Safety Protocols Other duties as assigned Ideal Candidate: Ability to follow directions and be flexible Strong communication skills Efficient, friendly, and customer-service driven Ability to perform manual tasks with little to no supervision Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without exception Trainable and willing to learn new skills You live in Maui and willing to drive to all areas of the island. Candidates for consideration must have a valid HI driver’s license. Tools, uniforms, company vehicle, and company phone will be provided. Training and apprenticeship in roadside assistance will be provided. Requirements: Courteous personality with excellent customer service skills Dependability, integrity and honesty a must Ability to work outdoors year around in all types of weather Ability to lift and/or move up to 150 pounds Ability to change tires.
