Our team is highly skilled and versatile at handling all matters of plumbing and HVAC repairs, installations, and design services. Position Summary: Our Warehouse Coordinator ensures plumbing and HVAC materials, tools, pre-fabricated items and equipment are available at job sites and in working order as needed. Coordinates deliveries of said material and equipment in company vehicles to various job sites. Maintain warehouse stock and supplies in the shop and secure lock down of the facility daily. Auditing invoices and PO’s to ensure that technicians and employees are not making purchases they are not approved to. Checking plumbing and HVAC equipment in and out, to ensure no damage has happened to equipment when checked out. Preparing restock bins for each vehicle each day in order to make sure all trucks are properly stocked at all times. Depending on workload, you may coordinate with other employees to accomplish your duties and responsibilities.
