Black Bag with gear inside

Description

I found a black bag under a large rock. It still has gear inside. If you can provide me with the description of the gear, bag, approximate location, and how long ago you lost it, I will return it to you. Please be as descriptive as possible as I do want to be sure it is going back to the original owner. The gear is something you would have for sure realized you lost. (location listed on craigslist is not where I found it)
