Looking for a contractor to work on foreclosed homes in Ashland and surrounding areas. Must have truck and trailer, generator, air compressor, lawn equipment, basic tools and an iphone or equivalent. Work includes lock changes, winterizations, debris removal, cleaning, snow removal, grass cutting, bid work and general maintenance. Locks are provided. Pay is weekly. Some experience preferred.
