Seeking collaborators at the Innovation District on OSU-Cascades Campus. The next step in the expansion of the Oregon State University – Cascades campus will bring researchers, academicians, and undergraduate and graduate students together with area businesses, nonprofits, and agencies to collaborate on solutions that will address the biggest challenges in our communities and country. Designed to foster partnerships and advance ideas, the 128-acre Innovation District will extend north from near the current campus buildings to Simpson Avenue. Plans for the District include office, research, and health care spaces, as well as retail space and mixed-use housing, with access to outdoor gathering spaces and shared amenities. The site will be fully-wired and is transit accessible.
