Join us for a Hike, Yoga and Brew event led by ExploreMore Founder Haley Cottey. Join us for an advanced Hike, Yoga and Brew event led by ExploreMore Founder Haley Cottey. Explore More is here to bring you a fun outdoor community event where we will get in nature and soak up the fresh air with a family friendly hike and some yoga in nature and then head to Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery for some community and great beer. From 12-4pm we will have a yoga practice and then hike 5-6 miles. After the hike, we will head to Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery for some community and great beer! What you get - Guided 5-6 mile hike - Guided Yoga practice - One beer ticket to Intrinsic - Snacks during the hike - More swag, education and inspiration to get outside This is a 5-6 mile hike so be probably not kid friendly but ultimately up to you.
