Handyman Duo Needed For Backyard Work + Other Projects

Hi there, I'm looking for a duo handy person/team to help with 2-3 projects around our apartment. 1st Project: Laying out concrete slabs (60 pounds each) in the backyard. Slabs are ready to be delivered from home depot. You're welcome to assess the area in advance. Our previous handyperson completed the first half of the backyard but had to move out of town last year. Work includes: -transporting 22 concrete slabs from curbside delivery to the backyard (up one flight then down one flight) -laying out 22 concrete slabs -laying out marble chips -removing excess debris (some old brick no longer needed) -moving outdoor trunk to the basement 2nd project: Mounting 95-pound mirror above a fireplace mantel. The mirror didn't come with mounting hardware but we purchased this separately. You'll likely need to review the piece to ensure it can in fact be mounted. 3rd project: Shelving for closet. Cut wood to size and install with brackets. You will need to review the space first. Will discuss rate based on experience. We will need references and/or images of previous work. Payments are made in cash upon completion of the work. Lunch provided. **If you have electrical experience, we're also looking to change out a few outlets and lights.** Thank you!
