Total area that needs to be fixed is about 45 sq ft. Can offer $500 plus cost of materials I.e. wood, stain, plywood if needed, etc. Lookimg to do this first week of February but flex for either before or after. Also, wondering if instead u can give me a quote for redoing the whole apt with high end engineered floors. Most competitive bid wins. SQ foot for studio space and kitchen is less than 300-350 sq ft. I’ll obviously pay for supplies. Just need quote on labor. Please send pics of your previous work when replying. Thx!
