Seeking experienced handyman for residential & office repairs/maintenance: Must have a full range of skills. experience in painting, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electric, wall repair, and office maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining several residential and commercial locations all in Staten Island. Drivers License Required -the position will require travel between locations - Work van will be provided Must be experienced, professional, reliable, hardworking and energetic, communicate well and have the ability to prioritize work and follow through. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
