Building Porter Needed

Real Estate Management Company is looking for a porter to join the building staff of a 435 unit residential apartment building. Duties include but are not limited to: taking out garbage from the compactor closets on each floor of the building, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning of laundry rooms, gym rooms, and common areas. Candidate should have some experience, be a team player, and non smoker. Report directly to the building superintendent.
