You're Invited to the TYSA "Trivia Night" Fundraiser and Auction! The Tacoma Youth Symphony Association cordially invites you to attend our TYSA Trivia Night Fundraiser and Auction! Our Trivia Night will feature four rounds of trivia, silent/live auctions, student performances, hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and more. Join us in supporting our programs and scholarships in this one-of-a-kind experience! All proceeds will go towards expanding TYSA programs, increasing access to music education, sustaining the excellence of our current programs, supporting the scholarship program, and celebrating our 60th anniversary with two all-organization performances in the historic Pantages Theater! Please note that this is a 21 and over event. Parking is plentiful and free onsite, and attire is casual - come dressed for an evening of fun with friends! Trivia Teams To sign up as a trivia team, select "I want to get tickets as a team member" when ordering. You may enter a new team name, or search for a team name that has already been created by another team member. Once you select your team, you will be able to purchase your tickets. Teams can be between 1-7 people. To ensure that your team members can all be seated at the same table, please limit your maximum group size to 7. COVID-19 Guidelines In collaboration with the Tacoma Yacht Club and the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, we will be implementing the following COVID protocols: Proof of complete vaccination will be required (a full dosage of the COVID-19 vaccine, plus booster shot), OR a negative PCR test result within 48 hours of the event (physical or electronic, with ID) for all attendees. Vaccination/testing status will be checked at the door. Guests will need to bring their vaccination cards and/or PCR test results to show to a volunteer upon entry. Entry will not be allowed to individuals who cannot provide documentation of their vaccination or testing status. According to Washington state guidelines, masks will be required to be worn at all times within the facility (unless actively eating or drinking) regardless of vaccination/testing status. Guests will be asked to stay home if they have exhibited any COVID-19 symptoms or are required to quarantine under Pierce County guidelines within 14 days prior to the event. Please contact the event organizers if a refund is needed. These protocols are subject to change as updates are received from Washington state, Pierce County, and local and federal health authorities.
