In this introductory class, you’ll learn all about the different ways to produce sparkling wine, as well as how very different two sparkling wines can be. With the guidance of sommelier and Dedalus Director of Education Brittany Galbraith, you’ll taste pét-nat alongside grower Champagne and other styles of sparklers, and learn why each one tastes and feels different.
