Description
Common area cleaning of Apartment Buildings. Includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows, polishing brass, changing lightbulbs. Bringing trash to curbside for city pickup.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for a majority of the day.
Full Time Year Round -Hours are roughly Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm, 40 hours per week

Starting Rate $16.00 per hour.
Snow Removal: DOUBLE PAY for snow shoveling $32.00 per hour! Hours will vary depending on storms. Must be able to be on-call during snow season.
