JM Custom Construction is a small family owned company who provides excavation and grading services for in-ground pools in and around the Charlotte area. We are seeking full time experienced excavator operators, experienced graders, and general laborers as we grow and expand the company. We look forward to having you on our team! EXCAVATOR/ SKID STEER OPERATORS - DESCRIPTION - Must be experienced - Must be dependable - Checking machinery prior to operating (greasing, etc...) - Be professional - Able to pass background check - Needs to have reliable transportation GENERAL LABORER - DESCRIPTION - Shoveling - Raking - Filling ditches - Assisting machine operator - Must have reliable transportation - Must be dependable Compensation depends on level of experience.
