WANTED Immediate Opening. Maintenance Man/handyman wanted for office building. Searching for a maintenance person with experience handling a multitude of complex and frequent problems, such as with a multi-unit establishment or a business complex. Previous buildings experience is preferred but not required. However, we are looking for a handy person with office improvement capabilities. The person needs to be able to multi-task numerous issues and respond quickly to service requests, including emergency situations. The position primarily handles day-to-day activities yet should be capable of handling unforeseen workload. Some evening and weekend hours may be necessary but only for unanticipated situations. Salary negotiable.
