We are currently seeking for a Maintenance Technician for a restaurant property located in the Miami Beach/Downtown area. Candidate needs to have general maintenance knowledge, will be responsible for completing work orders (electrical, plumbing, a/c repairs, general repairs, cleaning, carpentry, etc.), cosmetic upkeep of common areas such as painting, experience with plumbing, be able to work flexible schedule and motivated.
