Description: The recreation attendant position at Oleta River Outdoors is a very physical job involving extensive customer service. This position is responsible for assisting and orienting the guests who rent the kayaks, canoes and paddleboards, as well as bicycles. Recreation attendants clean and maintain the rental equipment, and provide assistance with our tours and events. This position also performs grounds-keeping, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment · Ability to work well under pressure · Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal supervision) · Able to do heavy lifting occasionally up to 80 pounds · Understands principles of proper sanitation · Willing to follow instructions & take direction · Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality · Exhibits a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our guests and fellow crew members The cashier position will handle all types of payment while selling the different tours offered at Oleta River Outdoors. Typing, computer proficiency, and excellent guest service skills are required. This can be a very fast-paced position and attention to detail is paramount. Our cashiers work closely with guests from all over the world.
