Join Fayth Kestenbaum with Leading Edge Real Estate and Team Shant Banosian with Guaranteed Rate for a FREE event where you'll learn all about the home buying process and what to expect as a buyer in today's market, all while eating delicious pizza and apps at Faces Brewing Company in Malden Center. This is a free event that is meant to be fun and informative. You WILL NOT be sold anything, but you will be fed information and free food, and you'll leave with a handy guidebook to refer back to later on. Bring your questions! The menu: There will be an assortment of pizzas and appetizers. Serving utensils will be provided to avoid spreading germs. Getting there: Faces is easily accessible by car or public transportation. The Malden Center T Station (Orange Line) is roughly 1/3 of a mile away. Parking is fairly easy and affordable either on the street or in one of the many nearby garages and lots. The garages at 170 Centre St and 180 Exchange St are both good options. COVID protocol: We will be following any requirements that may be in place (per the City of Malden and Faces Brewing Co.) as of March 2nd. Guests who have RSVP'd will receive updates leading up to the event. If canceling or postponing the event is deemed necessary, all guests will be notified.
