We are seeking hard-working and reliable worker(s) to join our team. You will participate in a variety of maintenance and construction projects, and you must be able to work independently, as well as follow instructions received from the maintenance coordinator. To be successful in this position, you will work well independently and possibly with others, be very reliable, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform various tasks in a timely manner. Worker Responsibilities: General Maintenance (including but not limited to plumbing work, electrical repairs, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance, assessing and resolving tenant work order, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, snow removal services, etc.) Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools. Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment. Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites. Following all health and safety regulations. Other duties as needed. Job Requirements: No formal licensing is required, although a high school diploma may be preferred. Similar work experiences may be beneficial. Willingness to undertake training if necessary. Be mild-tempered and a team player. Be healthy, strong, and fit.
