Serving classic & artisanal cocktails alongside a late night dinner menu and a Jazz Brunch Prix Fixe on Sundays upstairs in B SQUARED.---------------------------------------Billie’s Black restaurateur Adriane Ferguson collaborated with HGTV celebrity designer Mikel Welch to launch BSquared Harlem; a elevated seafood concept for the Harlem community. BSquared Harlem will give you a downtown upscale casual dining experience right in the heart of Harlem. The menu boast dishes such as Fresh Oysters, Tempura Filled Squash Blossoms, Oyster Chowder and King Crab Squid Ink Pasta. The bar will not disappoint, as BSquared Harlem specializes in an array of fiery craft cocktails all comprised of small batch spirits that are showmanship worthy. The dining area has a quaint speakeasy vibe that host a small window, allowing guests an opportunity to peek into the kitchen to see Executive Chef John Creger work his culinary magistracy. A few years later, Adriane met Jazz singer/emcee, songwriter and entrepreneur, Marcus Goldhaber. Almost immediately, they began collaborating on a mission to establish a Jazz speakeasy below BSquared Harlem and help revitalize what was once a thriving Harlem music scene. On April 5th, 2019, ROOM 623 opened its doors with “The Late Set,”a spontaneous "Jazz party" vibe with world class musicians every Friday night, starting at 10pm (doors at 9pm).
