The Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods' One Love Louisville Ambassador Institute is meeting in person. The program, which has been completed by nearly 600 concerned citizens in Louisville, is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed for community members to make a difference in their neighborhoods. Training content will include Mental Health101/Suicide Prevention, Community Organizing, Stop the Bleed, Conflict Resolution, Domestic Violence Awareness, and The Public Health Approach to Violence.
Participants will gain skills to take action and play their part in violence prevention. The Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods is confident that your participation in the Ambassador Training will be instrumental in our collaborative effort to create a safer Louisville.
Lunch will be provided!
The Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods works to help create a city of safe neighborhoods, where everyone is supported, free of violence, and prepared for lifelong success.
