Description

Riptide Beach Club is seeking Maintenance Technician with at least 1 year of hotel maintenance experience. This a part time position with weekends a must. This position requires knowledge of basic carpentry and furniture installation, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and painting. They will be regularly helping with property clean up, landscaping, repairs, renovations, and move in/out guest assistance. Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Must be willing to learn and be hands on with solving guest issues. The position does require physical labor. Candidate would need to be able to bend, lift, and have basic knowledge of tools.
