I have two bonded cockatiels with cage. $300 more info. They will chill on your shoulder all day, crawl out and into there cage, if door is open. Grey is 2, yellow one is not even a year old. My other bird doesn't get along with them, so I don't want to stress him out. They chirp, not much of talking, but most birds don't. Come with everything in the cage.
