You will still need to wear a mask, even if you are vaccinated. You can not use a self-attestation of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. You must have proof that you are vaccinated. “Full Vaccination” means two weeks after your final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.We’re requiring vaccines to protect everyone against the continued spread of COVID-19. We want to cut down the spread of COVID-19 and keep Chicago businesses open. You can show your Vaccination Record Card (CRC) from the CDC. Or you can show an image of the card if you have a picture on your phone. Or you can use a digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of Illinois. You can also use an approved private app to verify your vaccination status.If you don’t have your card, find out other ways to verify you have been vaccinated. Chicago Rum Festival Vaccination RequirementsEveryone will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine in order to attend and participate at 2022 Chicago Rum Fest and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry. “Fully vaccinated” means the date of the event you are attending must be:- at least 14 days after your second dose (must have been administered on or by April 16, 2022) to attend on April 30 of a FDA or WHO authorized two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or- at least 14 days after your single dose (must have been administered on or by April 16, 2021) to attend on April 30 of a FDA or WHO authorized single dose COVID-19 vaccine.Proof of vaccination must come directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination. Guests can display a digital vaccine card approved by Chicago business or present a physical copy of their vaccination card.Additional RequirementsEveryone must also present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport confirming the participant is over the age of 21 and the name on the photo ID must match the name on the document(s) listed above.HEALTH & SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENTPlease ensure that you have reviewed any advisories or restrictions that may be in place for travel to the United States and for travel to Chicago. Please be advised that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any event or public space, including CHRF. Prior to purchasing a ticket for and attending CHRF, please ensure you have read the latest CDC Guidelines for Prevention and the Terms of Service for Participation in the Event.
