Junior Fiberglass Technician A small and growing fiberglass repair business is looking for a junior fiberglass tech. We do fiberglass/composite repairs, custom painting, and bottom painting new boats. We are looking for junior tech who is willing to learn and develop high quality skills. This individual will work closely with our General Manager in maintaining excellent quality in finished projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the following areas: • Idea candidate will have some experience but will train • Proficient in sanding and buffing • Attention to detail in preparing surfaces for fiberglass application • Knowledge of the use of common measuring tools, power, and hand tools Shop safety, reliability, conscientiousness, organization, and teamwork, and ability to follow instruction are essential, as is a driver’s license, and ability to lift 75 lbs.
