We must GET CLEAR on our goals, our values and what we truly desire so that each day we wake up we are working towards fulfilling the vision we have for our lives and the legacy we want to leave behind. How do we do this? We make a plan and then we EXECUTE! But not all at once. We take small, CONSISTENT steps and actions every single day that move us forward and allow us to have more fulfilling relationships with ourselves and the people around us. We decide to break curses, we decide to have 1 cookie instead of 12, and we decide to LIVE and BE BETTER.
