Piano, Voice and Saxophone Lessons

After a 15 year hiatus, I have decided to return to teaching private piano, voice and saxophone lessons at my home in Riverside. My children are older now and I’m thrilled that I now have the time to teach lessons once again. I graduated with a degree in Music Education from Gordon College, and I currently perform professionally in several different musical groups. I am the lead singer and alto saxophone player in a rock cover band that recently won the Providence Journal Readers’ Choice for Best Local Band; a 1940s tribute group that focuses heavily on the music of the Andrews Sisters and primarily performs on cruise ships, and I am the choral accompanist for several area schools. I can teach students how to be proficient on their instrument, but I also plan to focus quite a bit on good performance etiquette and stage presence. I plan on beginning lessons during after-school hours in February or March. Lessons will be $35 for a half hour at my home in Riverside. Please contact me by replying to this ad.
