In celebration of 85 years of Service Above Self in Santa Clara, we have the perfect evening planned for you on a dinner cruise. We cordially invite you to experience the Bay with the Santa Clara Rotary Club. Celebrate our 85th anniversary aboard a luxury yacht while cruising San Francisco, dining and dancing! You will be chauffeured roundtrip in a Royal Coach from Santa Clara to the Alameda Pier where you will board Pinot Noir Yacht. Appetizers, dinner, and dessert will be served as we cruise the Bay. Dancing, trivia, a short program and great fellowship are planned to finish the evening on the water. The Rotary Club of Santa Clara is a member of District 5170 and was chartered in 1936. We are part of over 1.2 million people world wide that share in the vision of Rotary Internationals goal to end polio. Our club is made up of over 70 men and women who either work or live in the City of Santa Clara. We meet weekly on Thursdays 12 PM to 1:30 PM at the American Legion Post 419 , located at 958 Homestead Road , Santa Clara, CA 95050. Our motto "Service Above Self" is taken seriously by the business people, civil servant, educators and other professionals that make up the club membership. We have fun social events and work through volunteerism, donations, and other financial contributions to positively impact children and elderly in our community and to better the lives of others around the world through international projects. We provide college scholarships, educational and volunteer opportunities for area high school students and promote peace and understand in our community and the world. We are a club with a "Mission".
