Relaxation under the New Moon/ sound bath Join me in a beautiful oasis under the huge oak trees and the New Moon, while we move our bodies to release the old stuck energy and bath in the frequencies of the crystal bowls. For the first 30min. I’ll guide you through a movement practice to help static energy in the body start to move. Then for the next 45min. I’ll take you through a sound journey with my chakra crystal bowls, gong, shamanic drums, and other instruments to move out that energy and put you into a deep restorative sleep state. After all that we will have time at the end to journal and have tea and enjoy the scenery.
