Maintenance Cherry Creek Apartments has an immediate opening for a maintenance technician. The following are skills/attributes we are seeking in our application candidates: • Preferably no less than 3 years experience in apartment maintenance industry • Highly motivated individual with a can do attitude • HVAC experience is preferred • A dedicated individual who enjoys being part of a fast paced work day • Capable of all aspects of apartment maintenance such as lock changes, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and painting, and troubleshooting various apartment maintenance operations. • A team player who works well with others as well as individually to accomplish team workloads • Pay rate will be determined by level of experience Applicant must provide work history and references
