Athlete Development Summer Camps will focus on taking your athlete to the next level of their game.
Speed, Agility, Quickness: This camp will emphasize both linear and multi-directional speed and quickness. This will allow athletes to develop specific movement skills under reactive and non-reactive conditions to optimize transfer to sport.
Monday, June 20th and Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022
9-12 years old @ 9am-10:30am 13 and older @ 1:30 pm-3:00pm
Explosive Strength and Power: Producing large amounts of force in a short amount of time requires explosive characteristics. This camp will focus on utilizing plyometrics, medicine balls, Olympic lift variations, and strength movements to increase the rate of force development and explosivity.
Tuesday, June 21st and Thursday, June 23rd, 2022
9-12 years old @ 9am-10:30am 13 and older @ 1:30 pm-3:00pm
