All are welcome to come relax by practicing yoga at the beautiful & tranquil Sankofa Wetland Park!
This yoga class is beginner friendly but open to all experience levels. The instructor will lead a combination of flow yoga techniques that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Bring your own mat, water bottle, and whatever else will make you feel comfortable such as a yoga block, blanket, or towel.
In order to be more accessible, this class is offered on a sliding scale. Please chose the price option that suits your needs best!
