What can you expect from Sullivan’s Charcuterie Workshop? During this workshop you will create an 8x8 box meant for two as an after dinner snack or carry to lunch the next day. All supplies will be provided. I will teach you skills and techniques on building a unique and delicious charcuterie and cheese board. You will learn cheese carving, meat folds, fruit carving, grocery shopping, and different oftions to build your board on and so much more! Bring your craving for charcuterie knowledge and thirst for good beer! Each guest in attendance will need a ticket. No sit in guests for the class. All restaurant COVID safey procedures will be enforced during this workshop. Please bring your masks. Sanitizer and gloves will be provided. Cheers! Lacey, The Head Cheese at Sullivan’s Board Co. At Sullivan’s Board Company we teach charcuterie 101 classes and charcuterie 102 classes. We pop up at breweries, in your home and other workshop spaces.
