Watch what happens when two opposite creatives come together to create "Ideas of Freedom." Watch what happens when two opposite creatives come together to create "Ideas of Freedom." Even YOU, the audience, will be encouraged to create. Middleground Arts presents our next art festival, The Idea of Freedom. We are creating a new experience with artists coming together to express themselves differently. They will be paired with each other to create new art inspired by each other and interact with attendees. TIF is a mix of performance, audience interaction, and experiential installation. Artists will come together around themes at the festival to create new expressions showcased during and after the festival. Three groups of two very different artists will join forces on two projects across the two-day festival. The resulting six works will be combined with a seventh collaborative piece made by attendees.
