Sips at the Station is Savannah's best networking event benefiting our community and encouraging guests to discover all things local! Sips at the Station is Savannah's latest networking event series, which spotlights a different nonprofit each month. We are excited to announce the January Sips will benefit the Savannah Repertory Theater. Savannah Repertory Theatre is passionately dedicated to telling great stories in one of America’s foremost literary and artistic cities. Since 2016, Savannah Rep has become part of the cultural fabric of Savannah as the city’s only professional nonprofit theatre. Savannah Rep strives to entertain, educate, and engage the broad-based Savannah community. The human experience unfolds through the insight of artists who dare to challenge and present life in all its facets. As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, Savannah Rep operates under an agreement with Actors’ Equity Association, the Union of Professional Actors and Stage Managers in the United States and employs local and national, Equity and non-Equity actors. In addition, Savannah Rep develops the next generation of artists through educational programming, student matinees, and inclusion in myriad aspects of our professional work. Already a cultural bastion, Savannah is enhanced by the emerging footprint of the Savannah Repertory Theatre as a leader in art and education for the American theatre. With admission, guests will enjoy a complimentary beverage from Ardsley Station's special bar menu, an assortment of passed hor d'oeuvres and one courtesy raffle ticket, all while enjoying live music. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased and all proceeds from the raffle will go to the Savannah Repertory Theater. Several popup vendors will be on-site for attendees, as well as beer generously donated by Georgia craft brewery, Creature Comforts Brewing. Please rsvp, as space is limited due to Covid precautions.
