Family owned Property Management company is looking to hire a very dependable and outstanding cleaning person to begin a long standing business relationship in the Greenville area only. Do not answer this ad if you are a cleaning company that sends a rotating line of different people. This is a great opportunity for a semi-retired/retired person that knows how to clean small offices, VRBO's and residential homes. Also a great opportunity for someone who is FLEXIBLE to make great extra money on the side. MUST HAVES: 1. Speak fluent English and American citizen 2. Reliable car 3. Flexible to work any day of the week, between 10am-3pm and schedule will be given at least a week in advance. 4. Have their own vacuum, cleaning supplies, mops etc. 5. Will not bring anyone else on any of the properties including children, pets NON-NEGOTIABLE. 5. Background check and/or drug test may be required. 6.
