Team GreenLandscapes LLC is seeking a highly skilled, landscape maintenance crew lead. Your job is to manage a high-end, residential, landscape maintenance route at a professional level. Drive the crew from property to property, observe the property, communicate with customer if needed, delegate and oversee work being done on the property, and spot any additional services needed such as tree work or irrigation repairs. You will also work closely with the owner regarding daily operations, needs and requests of customers, and company or equipment needs. This is a small business that has a reputation of providing exceptional, professional service, and trying to develop a staff with the same goals. Once the maintenance manager position is filled, we will be looking for an irrigation and tree specialist. Applicant should have: - 5 years landscape maintenance experience. - Clean driving record. - Experience driving tuck and trailer. - Ability to adjust irrigation timers. - Names of common plants and trees in Phoenix - Understanding proper pruning techniques - Good communication skills and professionalism when dealing with customers. - Ability to work safely and instruct others to do so. - An eye for quality and completion. - Clean and clear English. Bi-lingual is a plus.
