Job description National commercial real estate company is seeking the right individual to join our maintenance staff. The position is based in Casa Grande and will travel to and work at properties in Phoenix and Mesa. Tasks include performing minor building, plumbing, electrical, floor repairs and painting repairs as necessary, maintenance tasks, and cleaning tasks. Common area clean-up to include pressure washing, blowing outdoor areas, parking lot and/or sidewalks. Inspections of vacant spaces and roofs. Other maintenance duties as requested. Requirements · Basic Carpentry ability. Plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus. · One year of experience in similar position · Travel and work at various properties in Phoenix, Mesa and Casa Grande · Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license Job Type: Full-time
