Essential Job Duties: • Performs apartment and common area detail cleaning, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and high and low dusting, de-cluttering, removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents. • Grounds maintenance (outside curb appeal) • Painting helpful • Other miscellaneous job duties as requested What you'll need: • Reliable transportation • Cell phone required • Occasional evening and weekend availability • Attention to detail • Housekeeping experience a plus • Good oral and written communication skills • Good work ethic • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
