Join us for the first in a series of family-style Sunday Suppers hosted by Chef Erin at the Wanderer inside of Hotel Indigo. One Sunday a month, Chef Erin breaks out of our set Menu and offers a limited seating Family-Style supper on Sunday. Each Supper will be a family-style showcase of seasonal ingredients. Be sure to book your ticket early as seats are limited and the menu will be unique for each event. About the Chef Chef Erin Meeker was born and raised in Portland, OR but her passion for cooking and love of warm weather led her to New Orleans, where she fell in love with the cuisine and the culture. After stints at The Court of Two Sisters, Commander’s Place and SoBou, a last minute road trip to Chattanooga led her to shift her course and put down roots in Chattanooga. She teamed up with Defoor Hospitality Group when she opened and ran Old Gilman Grill as first Executive Sous, then Executive Chef for several years. Chef Erin has recently taken on the title of Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Indigo where she has been working on a holistic approach of good, locally sourced food, beer, and liquor. Her latest showcase of talent comes in a special series of Sunday Supper family style dinners at the Wanderer in Hotel Indigo Chattanooga. She explores local and seasonal produce to create one-of-a-kind moments with food. Wanderer events are all hosted at the Wanderer Restaurant and Bar inside of Hotel Indigo Chattanooga Downtown. Each event is curated to provide a uniquely inspired food and beverage experience. Our location at 300 w 6th Street has dynamic space we can arrange for any event.
