"To Stevie With Love,” a tribute jazz concert to the genius of Stevie Wonder. Imagine the music of the Maestro, Stevie Wonder.... through the lens of the New York jazz scene! "To Stevie , With Love," is a jazz inspired tribute to this master musician and songwriter with vocal and instrumental renditions of his iconic songs, under the visionary direction of multiple Grammy Award winning artist and Carr Center Artistic Director, Terri Lyne Carrington. Terri Lyne Carrington describes her vision for this performance this way, “Stevie’s work is prolific beyond compare, universal and timeless. This concert will take the audience on a journey to capture a sound that imagines Stevie ... if he had been immersed in the New York jazz scene." This concert is rescheduled from its original March 2020 date and is presented in partnership wit h Jazz Corner.
