I-502 Grower/Production Assistant (Lake Stevens) Are you at least 21 years old, responsible, reliable, and would like to grow cannabis for a top tier craft cannabis company? High End Farms is a well-established company run by professional managers and we are seeking a Grower/Production Assistant. This position is full time which requires some heavy lifting at times and the ability to work in an indoor grow room. We are willing to train, if you are the motivated person we’re looking for. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Water plants / Mixing Fertilizer • Cloning • Up-potting / Planting • Plant work and Plant training • Soil work • Maintain a clean workspace Work Experience and Skill Requirements: • Previous cannabis grow experience not required • Horticultural/Greenhouse/Landscaping experience preferred • Ability to work hard in a warm environment • Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively • Working knowledge with computers (Internet, data entry) Position Physical and Commitment Requirements: • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to stay on task during distractions • Ability to work 40hrs/week and occasionally work extended hours • Ability to work Sundays • Reliable transportation • Arrives at work on time, ready to work Please send resume with “Grower” in the subject line to [email protected]
