Looking for individuals that know how to do framing and pretty much all the remodeling phases (Siding,Drywall,Flooring,Finish Carpentry,Cabinets,etc). We are doing several projects around town (West Seattle,Seattle,Bellevue and Kenmore) and we need help. Need someone to start immediately. IMPORTANT: I don't need just a random person, I need an individual that carry's himself with professionalism, that has a great work ethic and most importantly responsible. The right individual will show up every morning between 8-9AM and greet customers (If you see him/her) in the morning to start a day of work, we want this Individual to embrace the company's values and show a great attitude. Nobody wants to work on a site where the stress is a thing of everyday, we want to have fun at the site while at the same time we understand that we are professionals and we love what we do. Laborer: 20$ and up. High School diploma, GED equivalent, or Trade School Diploma. On this position we are looking for an Individual that is looking for growth. You don't need to have experience, all you need is a great attitude and the willingness to learn and help. Must have a valid driver's license. You will be driving a dumping truck (Ford F650) you WON'T need a special license to drive this like a CDL, all you need is your regular WA driving license. (You must feel confident that you can drive one of this trucks, they are not complicated but If you don't know what you are doing you can clearly crash specially on this tight alleys in Seattle's suburbs, we will train you) You will be asked sometimes to clean and maintain the truck, clean the seats, vacuum, apply different washing/detailing products (Wax,Detailer,Buffer,etc). The truck even thought is a dump truck and is mostly use for trash and carrying materials has to look in the best shape possible as we have to protect our investments/assets and also provide a great image to our company!(Our projects are in neighborhoods with houses ranging on the millions, we don't want to have a trashy truck ruining the whole view or making a reason of complain from a resident and eventually create our work more complicated). Your main responsibility will be delivering materials for the jobsites and the field crew. You will have a list of the materials you will need to purchase and most of the time you will have shop around like If you were shopping for food on a grocery store (Cart/Dolly,Platform). Places you will be going to will be Home depot, Lowes, Dunn Lumber, GTS interior supply, McLendon Hardware, Plywood supply, Atlas supply. One of the requirements you will be tested for is the ability to recognize and understand the different products we will be ordering, learning the why and how we use them will be essential for the success of this specific position and If you are career oriented this is a great opportunity for you to start learning about the different materials out there and pricing. Finally, you will be working physically doing constantly dump runs, cleaning jobsites, vaccuming jobsites, protecting furniture, pressure washing driveways and giving a hand (If needed) to the field crew guys.
