We are looking to hire a part-time or full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Member/ laborer to work for our landscaping and lawn maintenance business, Urban Roots Landscaping LLC. Our company focuses mostly on property cleanups and lawn care, but we also provide some small landscape installations. If hired, you will be the 3rd employee working for our company. The benefits of working for a small, but growing company, is that you will be trusted with many responsibilities. You must be comfortable working by yourself, at times, while I (the owner) am running estimates. You will be viewed as a trusted member of our company, and someone who I can learn from, and grow the business with. In the winter months, work slows down, and hours may be reduced. We are typically back to full-time in March. One great benefit of working for Urban Roots Landscaping is that, after a probationary period, you will have the opportunity to gain bonus pay that is based on a percentage of revenue you make for the business, by jobs you complete. This means, highly motivated and productive people typically earn above a base pay of $17 per hour! In addition, you will receive referral bonuses for new clients you refer to the business, who accept our services. Starting out, base pay will be $17 per hour. After 30 days, you will have the opportunity begin earning bonus pay. I am looking for someone who has a driver's license and clean driving record. Landscaping/ lawn care experience is not required.
